i am a software professional having 2 years of experience in asp.net programming (C#).i am now having two new job offers.
salary in both offers are same.
Offer A -
Applications - Mobile applications, web2.0, b2b, web portals..
Technology - Most of the projects will be on J2ee, J2ME,
some windows CE/Dotnet apps, PHP, but i may need to work on anything that works
Offer B -
Application - Products for Human resource recruitment
Technology - .net 3.5, C#, WCF, SOA Architecture, NHibernate. Which Offer i have to choose?.
In Yahoo Answer, Everbody advised me to choose Offer A. My concern is if i choose Offer A, I have to work all technologies at the same time. i cann't master one technology. job opportunities concern only how many years of experience on one technology you have. if i like to become technical architect, which offer i have to choose. if i like to become Enterprise Architect, which offer i have to choose. which career i have to choose, Tech Architect or Enterprise Architect.

I'm currently in USA, and am a .NET programmer with 5 years experience in .NET and more than 7 years experience in Web programming.
Well versed in .NET 2.0, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, ADO.NET, WSDL.
Proficient in: SOA, OO, NT Services, SOAP, MS SQL, PHP, HTML, Java Script, Wireless/WAP/WML, XML
Familiar with WPF, WCF, Microsoft silverlight, C# 3.0, LINQ, .NET 3.5
I plan to come to india and work there. Because I havent worked for any indian companies, I dont know what to tell them when they ask me what is my expected CTC.
Please let me know what is the average CTC in india for .NET programmers.
