I am working in trading company and write programs for their needs. I am really fed up of their requests. During past three consecutive years I almost did everything for them and now I feel exhausted even simplest things become so tough for me. I developed/integrated things like their ERP, Microsoft CRM. I developed their payroll and SCM system from scratch. Now they have 170 employees. What should I do to them I am not happy with their request and need peace of mind at least for a month or two isn't it my right to have such a break?

Thanks for the help i am into Microsoft CRM and soon be relocating to Bahrain and am not been provided any details by the client .they may communicate me in this week.
for that reason i am intrested in pay pakages for IT people.
SAP CRM, MS CRM , Oracle CRM like ... for industry sectors

CRM and SAS and SPSS seem to be in every job descriptions nowadays. I know I learned SAS and SPSS back in college and I never used it since. So now, I need to re-learn that. Is there a way to revisit this through book or online or certificate class? And as for CRM- I would really like to learn this and be familiarize. The problem is that every job states that I must have knowledge or experience. First of all CRM wasn't that popular before as now and second of all, where do people learn or gain experience to begin with if every single job requires it? Please help. Is it easier to learn Microsoft CRM or SAP CRM? And can I learn this through books or online? I know I have so many questions and I do appreciate any help or suggestions as this will tremendously help me in finding a new job. Thank you.

The question has a broad scope, but if it's a crm solution you are considering I would offer you this - evaluate vtiger crm and the suite of plugins it has. much better, cheaper solution than the ms crm.

I'd like to be an Oracle, SAP or Microsoft CRM consultant and I'm not sure what's the most effective way of doing it. I know, there are courses, but I can't invest all that money now, however I'm ready to pay some amount. I've been working as marketing professional for Oracle and IBM in HUngary, now I live in London.
Any good idea, experience, suggestion is welcome ! Thank you all !

Can anyone give me comparative notes on Microsoft CRM Vs. Salesforce?
I have a customer that is currently using Salesforce, he uses AccountDynamics to interface Salesforce with Quickbooks, but AD is going out of business.
I am recommending that he switch to CRM.
Any thoughts/suggestions on how I can convince him? What are the key features that would be good to bring up in a presentation?

i have problem with installing microsoft CRM , i have windows vista and i can`t install microsoft CRM , each time i try to install it i have problem with installing requrments ( Microsoft .NET framework service pack 1 and MSXML 4.0 hostfix ) so what should i do ??

I am trying to modify the layout of the screen to include "company" so that I can sort the display by company instead of the customer name. Is there any way to add "company" to the displayed fields? This in on Microsoft CRM.
