I have recently been contracted to become a marketing arm for an unsecured debt elimination program that is not only legal and ethical but the system has been upheld by the Alabama Supreme Court. It’s very simple to do if you know how and my contractor is not divulging any of his proprietary secrets. My plan is to sell a membership to one person in every city in the US for their use as an exclusive territory. They will advertise locally at their own expense, or advertise on the many free ad sites on the Internet. The leads will call them, they will discuss the program, collect their paperwork and fees and FedEx the package to me. Once everything is in place we pay them a 25% commission ($625-$1250 per sale) until they do $250,000 in Revenue. Then they’ll increase to 30% ($875-$1500 per sale). Basically they do the legwork, we do the grunt work and they make an outstanding commission. So if they made 1 sale per week they would make over $32K per year, but if they make 3 sales a week, they’re now into a 6 figure income.
Membership fees are nominal, but they are population based. The cost for the membership will be $500 per 1M people according to the latest census. They can buy more than 1 territory. We will not advertise for customers or compete with them in their territories. Even though we are building a network of direct sales professionals this is NOT Network Marketing. This is NOT MLM in any way, shape or form and our system is only available in the USA.
There are basically 300 cities in the US that I want to sell a membership in. My question to the group is this; most of the online sources such as Craigslist, Backpage or Kijiji will only allow you to advertise for free in one city. Without actually taking out an expensive ad in 300 local newspapers around the country, what would be the fastest, easiest and least expensive way to get the word out to as many people as possible who may want to take advantage of this opportunity?
I have a website ready to go up, but I’m having a problem figuring out how to set up and acquire the squeeze page information into a database. I’ve talked with InfusionSoft about their CRM software, but it’s over $7k to start up, and $400 a month. That’s expensive for a start-up. Not to mention it kills my entire marketing budget.
Any suggestions for either problem would be very much appreciated?

I'm looking for a web based application for tracking products that people have ordered from us. We need something that's web based (php with mysql preferably, or cgi could also work), can track order and shipping dates, multiple serial numbers of the various components and customer contact information (name, address, phone, email). Its for internal use for warranty tracking and contacting customers about updates. And looking for something free/open source as we don't have a budget for this.
I have tired several CRM's, none of them have serial number tracking abilities, plus they seem to be overkill, we don't need the account aspect end.

I just pass my Real Estate (agent) exam and one of the trainer is offering a personal training and he wants $1295...that's if it's paid in full up front..
otherwise it's $2695.00 paid in payments. first he offered to give me a total of $1500.00....$400.00 start and then $1100 dollars taken out of the first two closed deals ($550.00 ea).
Does that sound fair?

I asked if there's any hidden fees he says the only fees they will charge will be $75 for loan & $150 admin insurance when i close a deal.

Hi:
I have been working on a technical management role for the past 5 years in a Chinese software company in China and I'm thinking of relocating back to the Bay area, CA.
Will the US employer value my experience in China and getting career advancement or a downgrade is more possible? Will my experience in China be considered as any "track record"? Or how do I proof?
Consider the current US econ downtime what is the likelihood of getting 100k+ /yr in the Bay Area?
(I have 12 IT technical background, w/ 5 yrs of .Net, CRM application development and project management)

I placed some orders online (aeropostale.com and oldnavy.com) and after I confirmed my address and everything went through, I realized I typed the address in wrong. I managed to cancel the old navy order but areo said that my order was being processed already and couldnt be canceled or changed. My credit card wont be charged until my shipment is shipped but my concern is that it will arrive to someone else and they will be content with getting $267 worth of clothes at my expense. This is how I typed the address:
MY NAME
CRM 111 Box 111
APO, AE 11111
It was supposed to be typed like this:
MY NAME
CMR 111 Box 111
APO, AE 11111
So my mistake was getting the "r" and the "m" in "CMR" mixed up. If the address does not exist, my shipment will get sent back and my cc will be refunded. But Im not sure if this is the case. Does anyone know?

I need some guidance.
I'm working as a SW specialist in a MNC here in India which is a BI/Analytics solution provider. I have around 5 Yrs of experience as a J2EE developer and have all certs from SUN all upto Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.
Economics has been my favourite subject although I'm not an expert or even an intermediate on it. I'm considering Economics + IT as a career option. What I would like to know is how MA in Economics will take me into IT with Economics as a domain? What are the application areas in IT which work within Eco as a domain?
I came accross Economatric as one of the application areas, but still not having much imagination as to what kinda application does it include. My bg. is B.COM, MCA, MMS (Systems Final yr. ) .
What do you think the applications are of Economics as specialisation which can be solved in IT?
Just to give some idea, there are applications which address Manufacturing, CRM, Banking as domains, what about Eco?

dear mates, i'm confused about the difference between sales opportunity and lead...in siebel documents, authors said YOU CAN CONVERT LEAD TO SALES OPPORTUNITY FASTER THAN USUAL WITH CRM. but I asked many people, they told me there's no difference between the two terms.
could you help me answer this question?

-promotional activities (for products and the company)
-pricing policy (whatever that is)

I'm thinking about going to grad school, and it's overwhelming. I have a BA in liberal arts, and I've been working in CRM for three years now. I think I'd like to stay in CRM, become a boss-lady, but I'm not sure. I definitely want to study archaeology, and I have vague ideas about what I want to do. I know that I kinda need to figure that one out, but do you guys have any advice, besides "decide what you want to do already"? Should I just go for my MA, which is all I'll need to be a boss-lady, or should I look at the MA/PhD programs? Or should I just hang it all, move to DC, and become a banker like I keep threatening?
