Interview Question :: Carrer Advice on Relocating back to US |
Hi:
I have been working on a technical management role for the past 5 years in a Chinese software company in China and I'm thinking of relocating back to the Bay area, CA.
Will the US employer value my experience in China and getting career advancement or a downgrade is more possible? Will my experience in China be considered as any "track record"? Or how do I proof?
Consider the current US econ downtime what is the likelihood of getting 100k+ /yr in the Bay Area?
(I have 12 IT technical background, w/ 5 yrs of .Net, CRM application development and project management)
