How do I include a third party .dll file when I am building or publishing a program in visual studio 2008? The goal is to create a singele install file that contains the required .dll file and will place the required .dll file where needed on the users computer for the program to work.

I mean i see sample programs that are written with C++ but also Visual Basic programs. What is the language that visual studio uses??? Both???? Can be the half code of a program written in C and the other half in Visual Basic?????

I have a Treo Emulator installed on my computer. After uninstalling Visual Studio 2005 and installing Visual Studio 2008, I no longer see the Treo Emulator as an option when I open the Device Manager. Does anyone have any suggestions for things I can look for?

I am currently having 2 GB on Vista sp1 and Visual Studio 2008 sp1. Is this amount of RAM is ideal for my system. My motherboard supports maximun 2GB RAM. My processor is intel core 2duo E4500.
